Choose the desired date and number of tickets

Display the application form by clicking the "Select Date" button below.

Please select your desired date and time of entry and the number of tickets.

It is mandatory to enter the name of the group (or agency name if applicable), the name of the person in charge, and contact details.

The minimum number of group applications is 15 people.

For customers less than 15 people, please click here.

Application Accepted

Please enter the necessary information and click the 'Complete Application' button to finish the application acceptance process.

At this point, your group ticket reservation is not yet completed.

teamLab Planets TOKYO Customer Support (info@planets.art) will later contact you via email later with available terms and an invoice.

Step 2. Payment for Group Tickets

Issuance and Sending of Invoice

We will issue an invoice for the group ticket fee and send it via email to the person in charge of the confirmed reservation.

Please ensure payment is made by the due date indicated in the email.

If you require a receipt, please bring the invoice with you and visit us on the day of your reservation. Receipts can be issued at the information desk.

As we secure the entry slots at the time of issuing the invoice, please note that no refunds or changes can be made.

Sending the Group Ticket URL

Once the payment for the group ticket has been confirmed, we will send the URL for the group ticket via email.

Please display the group ticket page via the URL and confirm that there are no errors regarding the admission date and time, as well as the number of people.

Step 3. Procedure on the Day of Admission

Please arrive by the admission time stated on the group ticket.

The 30 minutes stated on the group ticket is the scheduled entry time.

Please arrive in time for the start of the entrance guidance.

Please note that the scheduled entry time may be adjusted depending on congestion. Please understand this beforehand.

Preparing the QR Code for the Group Ticket

Please print out the group ticket page or ensure it is displayable on a mobile phone or tablet device t before your visit.

Admission will not be granted without the QR code indicated on the group ticket.

Day-of Check-In Confirmation

The person in charge of the group (representative) should inform a nearby staff member that you are coming with a group reservation.

You will be directed to the Information Desk, where your group ticket details will be checked and processed.

Please make sure that everyone entering the venue is present before calling over a staff member.

All members of the group enter collectively.

After check-in, please follow the instructions of the staff to enter the venue.

Entry will be guided only after all members of the group are assembled.

Individual admission will not be provided. Please make sure that everyone is present before entering.

Is it possible to board and alight nearby when coming in a large bus? Is there parking available?

It may be possible to park on the road around to the right towards the main gate to board and alight; however, as it is a public road, the situation may vary. We ask that you use your discretion based on the conditions of the day.

There is no dedicated bus parking at this facility. For information on nearby parking, please refer to the Ginza and Odaiba area (click here). (There are no affiliated car parks.)

Is there a group discount?

We do not offer any specific discounts for groups.

Is the time stated on the ticket the duration of stay in the venue?

The time stated on the ticket is the scheduled entry time. You will be guided in within a 30-minute window starting from the time listed on the ticket. Please ensure you are in line on time for entry. Also, please note that this is an estimated time and may vary depending on circumstances.

What is the estimated duration of stay from entry to exit?

Some guests may finish within approximately 40 minutes, but it is common for guests to stay for 1 to 2 hours.

What if we are late for the admission time?

Entry may be refused if you are late for your scheduled admission time in principle..

Can a few members enter later?

The entire group must enter together. We cannot make special arrangements for those who are late or unable to come.

Can we change our reservation? Also, how long is the change period?

Cancellations and changes can be made until the invoice is issued and sent by email from our company.
For procedures regarding the cancellation or change of a group ticket application, please state the reason for the cancellation or change and contact 'teamLab Planets TOKYO Customer Support (info@planets.art)'.
Once the invoice has been issued, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes.

How are receipts issued?

Receipts will be issued at the information desk on the day of your visit. When requesting issuance, please bring your invoice and come to the information desk.

  • Age is counted in full years, and admission is free for children under 3 years old.
  • One accompanying person for each holder of a disability certificate is eligible to purchase a discounted ticket for the disabled. Please present the disability certificate on the day and make sure to bring it with you. *If the person with a disability certificate is unable to attend, the accompanying person’s discount will not be applied.
  • For procedures regarding the cancellation or changes in date of a group ticket application, please state the reason for the cancellation or change and contact 'teamLab Planets TOKYO Customer Support (info@planets.art)'.
  • We cannot accept cancellations or changes of dates for reservations that are close to the visit date.
  • No refunds or changes in date are possible after an invoice has been issued.
  • No refunds or reissues of the ticket will be made, regardless of the reason.
  • Lending, transferring, or reselling group tickets is strictly prohibited. We also take no responsibility for any issues arising from tickets purchased through resale or similar means.

Notes for Entry with Group Tickets

  • Please print out the group ticket QR code from the URL received via email or ensure it is displayable on a mobile phone or tablet device, and come to our facility.
  • Upon arrival, please ask a nearby staff member or the information staff with your group ticket in hand for guidance.
  • Ensure the date, time, number of people, and QR code on the ticket can be clearly verified. Tickets without a displayed QR code or those that have been altered in any way are invalid.
  • After verifying your group ticket, we will guide you in order. Please follow the instructions of the facility staff when entering.
  • The time stated on the ticket is the scheduled entry time. Please ensure you are in line on time for entry.
  • Entry may be refused if you are late for your scheduled admission time in principle. Please be aware of this beforehand.
  • The entire group must enter together. We cannot make special arrangements for those who are late or unable to come.
  • The time listed on your group ticket is your scheduled entry time. There is no limit to the time you can stay inside the facility.
  • When entering with "junior high school or high school" tickets, you may be asked to present a student ID.
  • Entry of children under 13 years old without a guardian is not permitted. Please make sure to enter with a guardian.
  • Re-entry after leaving the facility is not allowed. Re-entry will be refused under any circumstances.
  • Please note that we may conduct filming or photography without prior notice. If you do not consent to be filmed, please inform the nearby staff.

Are there any notices or prohibitions inside the venue?

When enjoying the artworks

  • Visitors must be barefoot inside the venue. Please remove all shoes, sandals and other footwear before entering.
  • There are areas where even adults may get wet up to their knees.
  • There are areas with mirrored floors.
    In areas with skirts or wide trousers, there is a possibility that underwear may be visible.
  • There are areas with strong light stimulation and darkness.
  • If you are accompanying children, please do not leave them unattended as it can be very dangerous.
  • During busy times, staff may ask visitors who have been enjoying the artworks for a long time to move on.

Regarding Personal Belongings

  • Strollers are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Free lockers are available.
    After passing the entrance gate, you can store your belongings in the locker area.
  • There are two sizes of lockers available:
    Width 25cm × Depth 40cm × Height 50cm
    Width 25cm × Depth 40cm × Height 75cm
  • Large suitcases or items exceeding the above sizes will be managed with a wire lock at the stroller parking area. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • Please manage any oversized baggage yourself at the stroller parking area with a wire lock.

Other

  • We are not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables.
  • Photography and filming may be conducted without prior notice.
    If you do not consent to be included in photographs or videos for any purpose, please inform our staff.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times when you cannot view certain artworks. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Please be aware of the following

  • Individuals who have experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation.
  • Individuals with extreme fear of confined spaces, darkness, or heights.
  • Individuals experiencing palpitations or shortness of breath.
  • Others with physical or health concerns.

Prohibited Actions

  • Entry of intoxicated individuals or those with poor manners.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the venue.
  • Bringing in hazardous items or items deemed inappropriate by the management.
  • Re-entry to the venue.
  • Commercial photography or filming without prior consent.
  • Accompanying any animals, including assistance dogs.

※Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds to guests asked to leave due to the above reasons.

About the Payment Confirmation Cycle

Payments are confirmed every Thursday. Group tickets will be sent by email within five business days of receipt of payment.

What if the date and time of admission are not decided?

If the group's desired date and time of entry are not decided, please select a tentative date and time when selecting the date and time of admission. If you wish to consult, please enter details in the 'Questions & Consultations' field on the previous screen. We will adjust according to your consultation after receiving your application. ※Please note that if no details are entered in the 'Questions/Consultation' field, the procedure will proceed under the assumption that the date and time have been confirmed.
